never mind, it just finished the installation, WILDFIRE USER message me I may b able to help, im running Vista home tho, i dont tnink it matter, i been trying for a while and so far i got problem? BECAUSE I DIDNT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION STEP BY STEP I went back and start over and it worked!!! but i told some of the guys WILDFIRE needs an extra step for bootloader and is this: before turning off your phone Settings > Power > Disable Fastboot then shut it off and hold volume down+power buttom
i manged to get to the installing the device, but so far it say installing but then it said something about taking too long and no proper installation any? ideas on what to do? im using a htc wildfire s

@Laratta211 if u r? using a wildfire, fo to settings, power and uncheck the fast booster and try again
@SoraRoxasKHII u need winzip, if u see? only a white page it means u dont have the software to open that file. u can download a free version either winzip, winrar, 7 zip etc works =)
the "android phone" in device manager does not show up after i updated the driver the first time?
